Good Morning! Welcome to St. Stephen's!!

I was expecting the usher thing that we signed in last Tuesday or Wednesday was quite okay but it turned out that I was like a voice recorder saying “GOOD MORNING! WELCOME TO ST. STEPHEN’S!!” over and over and over again to a lot of people who are going up at 5th floor of our school and, standing for one and a half hours (I think) at both sides of the stairs. Even the students from the other schools were saluting us but I didn’t do that though. I said that I am not a scout and they gave me an odd look. Good thing I brought my cellphone with me and NiƱa, Abigail and I were texting each other. They were ushers, too, by the way. Just to cease the boredom and the hot weather.

After long hours of standing, waiting, and, saying those phrase for a million times, the waiting has finally come to an end. We headed upstairs to inform Sir Neil that it’s already time for us to leave. At first, he gave us snacks and drinks then told us that we still have to wait for another five minutes so, okaay, we waited for that five minutes then hit the road to the high school to meet and ask permission to Mrs. Chua. Then suddenly, we met along the way my adviser, Jolens and asked us.

Jolens: saan nyo nakuha yang sandwich?
Us (answered together): Kay Sir Neil!!
Jolens: haa? Sino yun?
Me: Sya ung naka-black na t-shirt!!
Jolens: Ano ba yan! Ang daya naman! Kami kanina pa doon sa Stephenian Hall mga 7 am then wala kami sandwich?!
Us: eehh… (speechless.) aahhh.. sige sien si! Bye!! Ingat!! :D

Okay. We went to her office to ask permission to leave then tadda! I/we told her about the Jolens thing but she said that it was not her duty to give them food. It was really unfair though. :| Then we waited for another hour because of my chorale practice then headed back home.

I was really shocked when I heard that my sisters (and their family) are inside because it’s his birthday and to celebrate his nth birthday, they him a huge present (don’t want to brag about it. Just pm me if you want to know.) I guess for him, it was the unforgettable birthday. :) Mom isn’t here to celebrate with him though. I can see it in his eyes. :|

Anyway. My nieces/nephews were here until the night. They had their dinner here then went back home. :) It was really a tiring day because obviously, I played with them. Haha! And of course, the standing for an hour and a half.
