An abrupt sickness

I was really thankful yesterday that I went home really early since I am not really feeling well and we might stuck in a haystack because of the Black Nazarene thing, again, just like we did year ago when they have that feast.

Anyway. Let's talk about my sickness yesterday.

So perhaps I've had a heavy breakfast so I really felt like throwing up when I got to school. It started when our Economics teacher really bored me to death. I don't know, really. I just felt that way. Then I texted Chuchay to fetch me after lunch break but she and Dad insisted me to go home--pronto. So I went to the Clinic to get permission to go home and get some rest. To make the long story short, the school agreed to let me go home. And since my dear Dad was really worried because of the food I ate the day before, he thought of it as a food poisoning. So we went to the hospital and let my tummy checked up. It turned out that I had a gastritis (just look it up on the net, I'm too sluggish to explain that). The doctor had advised me not to eat for four hours and have a soup for my first three hours and have a soft diet for several days. Miraculously, I didn't get hungry for four hours--eleven hours, to be specific, because the last meal I took was my breakfast. I didn't eat my recess at school.

It took us almost an hour to get back to our crib since the feast of the Black Nazarine thing was up and we live around Quiapo. We even get to EspaƱa and had a look at UST. :)) When we're finally home, ugh. My body gave up. I changed into my clothes and had a sleep for several hours.

No worries, I'm feeling better now. :)
